Together

Step challenges with friends that keep you going.

Someone waiting on the other end is the difference between week two and week twelve. Create a group, invite friends with a code, and challenge one or all of them — steps, kilometres, sessions, focus minutes. Prefer going solo? Works just as well.

Challenge a friend

Motivation doesn't live alone either. Every session, walk, meditation or focus block you log counts toward the challenge you're in.

  1. 1Create a group.
  2. 2Send the code to the people you want in it.
  3. 3They're in. That's the whole setup.

Create a group for your friends, your family or your running crew and share the code. That's the whole setup. The Team tab then has three things: a feed, the group list and current competitions, and the challenges themselves. No public leaderboards, no strangers — just the people you actually train with.

Duel

One friend. One metric. Go.

Screen: you've been challenged — Emma K vs you, most steps in 7 days

Pick someone in your group, pick what you're competing in and how long, and send it. They get a "you've been challenged" screen and accept with a tap. From there the app keeps score from what you both already log — sessions, runs, walks, meditations — so nobody has to enter anything twice.

Great help with training advice combined with the right nutrition, and the option to challenge myself. I warmly recommend this app.

What counts

Not just steps.

Screen: what type of challenge — steps, walking, workouts, active minutes

Compete in the thing that fits the group. Runners race kilometres, lifters race kilos, and the friend who'd rather meditate can win that one.

Steps

The classic. A day's grace at the end so late syncs still count.

Distance

Kilometres walked or run.

Sessions

Number of workouts completed.

Active minutes

Time moving, whatever the activity.

Kilos lifted

Total weight moved in strength sessions.

Focus & mind

Focus minutes or meditation sessions.

Reps

Reps of a chosen exercise, or on chosen equipment.

Your own unit

Count anything you agree on, manually.

The feed

Where it gets personal.

The people who make you show up

Posts, reactions and comments from your group. When a challenge ends, the app names the winner and posts it there — with a badge, because that's what people actually keep. And the group ranking shows who's ahead in each running competition without turning every day into a scoreboard.

Frequently asked questions

Can I challenge someone who doesn't have the app?

They need the app and to be in your group — you invite them with a code.

What can we compete in?

Steps, kilometres walked or run, training sessions, active minutes, kg lifted, focus minutes, meditation sessions, reps of a chosen exercise, or a custom unit you count yourself.

Can I challenge just one person?

Yes. Pick a member of your group and they get the challenge to accept.

Do I have to compete?

No. Everything works solo. Groups and challenges are there if you want them.

Is there a public leaderboard?

No. Rankings are inside your group and per competition. Nobody outside sees anything.

Is it free?

Groups, the feed and challenges up to seven days and ten people are free. Longer or bigger challenges are part of the subscription.
